Report on Preliminary Meeting of Sanitation and Hygiene Cell (2005–2007)
The preliminary meeting of the Sanitation and Hygiene Cell for the academic period 2005–2007 was held at Adi Sankara Training College. The meeting aimed at reconstituting the Cell and planning its future activities to ensure a clean and healthy campus environment.
During the session, Ms. Arathy Sukumar and Ms. Nanditha SwathyKrishna of Physical Science option were selected as the student representatives of the Cell. The members then engaged in a detailed discussion on the future action plan, which included promoting personal hygiene, maintaining clean classrooms and restrooms, creating awareness on waste management, and organizing hygiene-related campaigns and workshops.
The meeting concluded with a collective resolve to implement the planned activities effectively, thereby fostering a culture of cleanliness and hygiene within the campus.
