CLUB & CELLS-Inauguration Ceremony

The Club Inauguration Ceremony was held on 7th August at 9:30 AM in the College Auditorium. The event was organized under the auspices of the IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell) to mark the formal beginning of various subject clubs and cells for the academic year.
The function began with a solemn prayer led by Varada, invoking blessings for the success of the event and the academic year ahead. The formal welcome address was delivered by Meenu Benny, who greeted the chief guest, dignitaries, faculty, and students with warmth and enthusiasm.
The occasion was presided over by Dr. N.K. Arjunan, Principal of Adi Sankara Training College, who delivered the Presidential Address, highlighting the significance of subject clubs and co-curricular activities in the holistic development of student teachers.
The highlight of the event was the Inauguration Ceremony, which was gracefully carried out by the Chief Guest, Mrs. Rekha Raj, Headmistress of S.N.D.P H.S.S, Neeleeswaram. In her inspiring address, she emphasized the role of clubs in nurturing creativity, collaboration, and leadership among students.
Following the inauguration, there was a detailed Introduction to Subject Clubs and Cells. Mrs. Reni K, Assistant Professor, elaborated on the objectives, activities, and importance of each club and cell. She encouraged students to participate actively and utilize the platform for personal and professional growth.
The Felicitation was delivered by Smt. Praseeda, Vice Principal, ASTC, who appreciated the efforts of the organizing team and extended her best wishes for the successful functioning of the clubs.
The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Godson M P, who expressed gratitude to the dignitaries, staff, students, and all those who contributed to making the event a grand success.
The program was a vibrant and inspiring beginning to a year of engaging and enriching club activities, setting the tone for collaborative and experiential learning among the student teachers.
