The IQAC of Adi Sankara Training College, Kalady organized an Online Class for K-TET aspirants on 19th August 2025, from 8.00 PM to 9.00 PM through the Google Meet platform.
The session was led by Mr. Rajesh M.P, Assistant Professor, ASTC, on the topic “Teacher and Gender Role.” The mentor explained the significance of gender sensitivity in education, the responsibilities of teachers in promoting equality, and strategies to handle gender issues in classrooms.
The online class was highly informative and interactive. Students actively participated by asking questions and clarifying doubts regarding the K-TET examination as well as conceptual understanding of gender roles in teaching.
The session concluded with positive feedback from the participants, who expressed that the class enriched their preparation for K-TET and widened their perspective as future teachers.
