GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL
MEETING REPORT
A meeting of the Grievance Cell was convened on 12th August 2025 with the objective of constituting the committee for the academic year. The agenda focused on electing the President and Secretary of the Cell, as well as reaffirming its vision, mission and policy. The meeting commenced with a brief welcome note, and Assistant Professor Rosemol Varghese of the Physical Science option conducted the election of the members. The following appointments were made:
• President: Christlean Jose
• Secretary: Athira N. S.
The newly elected members assured their commitment to the effective functioning of the Cell by discussing the vision, mission, and policy of the Grievance Cell.
The Grievance Cell is a statutory body established in educational institutions to address the concerns, complaints, and grievances of students and staff. Its primary purpose is to provide a fair and transparent mechanism for resolving issues related to academic, administrative, or personal matters. By doing so, it safeguards the rights of individuals and promotes a supportive, just, and respectful campus environment.
