The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Adi Sankara Training College, Kalady organized an Online Class for K-TET on 14th August 2025 through the Google Meet platform. The session focused on the topic “Process of Teaching and Learning”.
The resource person for the session was Mrs. Rosemol Varghese, Assistant Professor, ASTC. The class was conducted from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM, aiming to enhance the understanding of pedagogical concepts essential for the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET).
Mrs. Rosemol Varghese delivered a comprehensive lecture on the theoretical and practical aspects of the teaching–learning process, emphasizing strategies, methodologies, and learner-centered approaches. Participants actively engaged through discussions and queries, making the session interactive and enriching.
The program proved highly beneficial for the aspirants, providing valuable insights and clarity on the subject matter. The IQAC expressed gratitude to the mentor for her informative presentation and to all participants for their enthusiastic involvement.
