The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Adi Sankara Training College, Kalady organized an insightful session on “Effective Teaching – The Key to Organizational Success” on October 6th, 2025 at 1.30 PM in the college auditorium.
The session was led by the distinguished resource person Mr. V. P. Menacherry, who shared his vast knowledge and experience on the principles and practices of effective teaching. He emphasized that effective teaching is not merely about delivering content but about inspiring learners, creating meaningful interactions, and aligning classroom strategies with organizational goals.
The resource person elaborated on innovative teaching methodologies, classroom management, and the importance of reflective practices for teachers. He also discussed how effective teaching contributes to institutional growth and quality enhancement.
Faculty members and student teachers actively participated in the interactive session and expressed that the class provided valuable insights to improve their professional teaching competencies.
