Policies
Zero-Tolerance Policy – The institution strictly prohibits possession, use, promotion, or distribution of narcotic substances, alcohol, or tobacco within the campus and during any college-related activities.
Awareness & Education – Conduct continuous awareness programmes for students, faculty, and the community regarding the harmful effects of drugs and addictive substances.
Preventive Action – Encourage peer monitoring, early detection, and preventive interventions to address possible substance abuse cases.
Collaboration – Work in cooperation with the Kerala Excise Department, Police Department, Health Services, NSS/NCC units for campaigns and awareness drives.
Community Outreach – Extend anti-narcotic awareness to schools, neighbourhoods, and parent groups as part of the college’s social responsibility.
Ethical Role Modelling – Ensure all faculty, staff, and student leaders act as role models for substance-free living.
Objectives
To create a drug-free campus by preventing substance abuse among students.
